Cut mango into small pieces and 2 spoons of oil.&lt;br /&gt;2. After they splutter , add onions.&lt;br /&gt;5. After the onions turn slightly brown add carrots, methi leaves and spinach add come salt cover and cook for few mins. add salt and red chilli poweder .sprinkle some water if needed .&lt;br /&gt;6. Place paneer in a cotton cloth and hold it under water for few mins  .Sqeeae out all the water and take paneer in to a container and make small balls .&lt;br /&gt;3.Boil anothe half gallon milk until it reduces to half, add some sugar ( few tea spoons ) ,pista , green food color and elaichi.&lt;br /&gt;4. in a pressure cooker  take the panner balls ( do not layer paneer ) and add water until paneer is covered and  sugar  per your taste . I add equal amounts of water and sugar.&lt;br /&gt;5.
