Rice

Spinach & Methi rice :

1.Grind ginger,green chilli, coconut
2.Heat a pan and put 1 spoon oil .
3. add jeera,and minappappu and aavalu
4. After they splutter , add onions.
5. After the onions turn slightly brown add carrots, methi leaves and spinach add come salt cover and cook for few mins. add salt and red chilli poweder .sprinkle some water if needed .
6. Switch off the stove and then add cooked rice and mix thoughly. check for salt and adjust per your taste.

You can fry some slit green chillies and add to the rice at this point if you want.


tastes good with or with out raita.
