Maamidi kaaya menthi mukkala pachadi

1. Cut mango into small pieces and 2 spoons of oil.
2. Dry roast methi seeds and power them finely
3. add methi poweder,salt and red chilli power to the mango pieces.
4. heat a spoon of oil in a pan , add mustard. when mustard starts to splutter add hing and 2 red chillies . add to the mango pickle.

eat with hot rice :-) enjoy.
